M.O.L.D. is a hot zone-themed installation and workshop that investigates food in crisis. Specifically, the science, politics, and culture of food decomposition. The audience is invited to participate in various experiments, build their own amateur bioindicators, and engage in a critical conversation about the quality and safety of the food we consume.
