Khan Tran, Sushi: Commodification of the Raw, 2001 Saturday School challenges participants with multidisciplinary classes that dissect, question, and illuminate various aspects of everyday life. SS is ongoing, continually inviting cultural producers who represent a variety of professional practices to participate in the temporary and nomadic teaching institution. Each instructor is asked to teach a course about something in which they are truly interested. Their lesson plans intersect many aspects of everyday life, their practices and their personal interests. |
