Faking Franz West, 2009

Faking Franz West is a suite of counterfeited objects and site-specific actions made in response to an invitation by the Los Angeles County Museum of Art to create a project influenced by their Franz West retrospective exhibition. The project explored the boundaries between real and artifice, invitation and intervention, viewer and participant, and institutional critique.
