Go at the Contemporary Museum in Baltimore, 2010

“An urban neighborhood is determined not only by geographical and economic factors, but also by the image that its inhabitants and those of other neighborhoods have of it.” Chombart de Lauwe (quoted in Theory of the Dérive by Guy Debord)

From time to time we stop what we are doing and go. There is no required route, activity, or timetable for the action. We allow the landscape and those that inhabit it to influence our trajectories. Small objects, mobile texting transcripts, and snapshot images are collected and displayed as the only evidence of the journey. We encourage you to go as well. (ongoing)
